Burgess Park

Burgess Park is one of the largest parks in South London and is the largest in the Southwark borough (at 46 heactares). The park boasts a variety of areas and activities for all ages to enjoy. Front of Art in the Park studioThe area around Art in the Park has been beautifully refurbished and now includes a fun and contemporary children's playground, as well as more trees, new paths and seating areas.

The children's playground includes a tyre swing, slides and a sandpit in a low enclosure designed for safety. Next to the playground is an interactive water feature. Chlidren's PlaygroundThe new 'Park Life' Cafe overlooks the chidren's play area.

The jewel of Chumleigh is the "World Gardens" featuring a diverse range of plants from around the world.

There is also a 1st Place nursery for parents and children, which can be found around the corner of the studio.
